The NAHB Remodelers has a new logo to complement its new name.
| The NAHB Remodelers, formerly the Remodelors™ Council, has a new logo to complement its new name. The logo was unveiled at the spring NAHB Board of Directors Meeting in Washington, D.C. earlier this month.
The new logo continues the rebranding process of the NAHB Remodelers, which was begun last year following extensive analysis of the council’s brand recognition. The council initiated the process to increase recognition, build on its stature in the remodeling industry and position the council and its members for the coming decade, according to Mike Nagel, CGR, CAPS, the NAHB Remodelers chairman.
Economists predict that the dollar volume of remodeling will surpass new home building within the next 10 years.
The council’s board of trustees’ goal, from a marketing standpoint, is to make the NAHB Remodelers and its members more easily recognizable online and in print, and seen as associated with NAHB.
Local councils are encouraged to change their names and logos to be more compatible with the national image but are no required to do so. The Home Builders Association of Greater Chicago Remodelers already has changed its name.
Members and local councils can download the new NAHB Remodelers logo to use it in business and marketing materials, and to help spread the word about the NAHB Remodelers’ new look and branding.
