Two home building warranty companies are showcasing new products at the 2012 NAHB International Builders’ Show in Orlando on Feb. 8-10.
The Professional Warranty Corporation (PWC) is introducing the Administrative Services Warranty Program, which can provide comprehensive warranty service to home buyers, while unburdening builders of the administration of claims management. .
Because home builders are in the business of building and selling homes, the administration and servicing of home warranties can become a significant drain on administrative and financial resources.
When builders transfer the warranty management to PWC, they can focus on building and selling homes.

In addition, 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty is offering Frontline Services — a post-sale tool that allows builders to preserve the relationship with the buyer and move quickly to the next project.
Through the program, all post-sale inquiries are directed to a designated 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty expert, whose knowledge of warranty standards can give builders confidence in putting the buyer in the hands of a warranty team at a fraction of the cost of in-house operations while providing higher productivity and decreasing overhead.

The company also offers coverage for remodeling projects, with one-year workmanship and two-year systems protection coverage on alterations, repairs or modifications of an existing home. In addition, the “1-2-10” Remodeler coverage adds 10 years of structural coverage, should the improvements require more significant work.
The 2-10 HBW Remodelers programs include management of all inquiries, contracts and agreements through a specially designated 800 number and a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty representative.
For more information on both home builders and remodelers coverage from 2-10 HBW, as well as availability, options and pricing, call 877-777-1344.
