As the multifamily sector emerges from an 18-month slump, developers and property owners are starting to see opportunities for investment in existing communities.
In the upcoming webinar “Investment Strategies for Multifamily Communities in Today’s Marketplace,” sponsored by NAHB Multifamily, a panel of industry experts will explore how acquisitions and upgrades can help position companies for a comeback as the economy improves. The webinar will be held from 2:00-3:00 p.m. EDT on Thursday, June 3.
Attendees will learn what the big players in the multifamily industry are thinking and how they are navigating in today's marketplace — and gain insights that can help them move forward into the recovery.
Panelists include Alan George, executive vice president of Equity Residential; Linwood Thompson, managing director, Marcus & Millichap; amd David Schwartz, managing member, Waterton Associates.
The webinar is free to NAHB Multifamily members. The fee is $100 for other NAHB members and $125 for non-members.
