Home builders and other professionals in the industry who are interested in starting up quality management systems in their own companies can attend three quality-related educational sessions during next month’s International Builders’ Show in Orlando:
- “Benchmarking With NHQ Award Winners,” Thursday, Jan. 13, 8:30-10:00 a.m.
- “The Benefits of Quality Management and Process Documentation,” Thursday, Jan. 13, 3:30-5:00 p.m.
- “Insurance Availability and Affordability — What’s the Key,” Saturday, Jan. 15, 1:30-3:00 p.m.

The NAHB Research Center has also recently announced that Veridian Homes of Madison, WI, is its third National Housing Quality pilot Certified Builder. NHQ certification is presented to builders who have successfully implemented quality management throughout their businesses.
