Department of Labor Issues Davis-Bacon Guidance on ARRA Funds
On May 29, 2009 the U.S. Department of Labor issued a memorandum on the applicability of Davis-Bacon to Federal and federally-assisted construction work funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009.
