NAHB Resource for Research and Technical Assistance
Are you looking for a consultant to assist with a local development finance issue? Do you need a resource tailored to a situation facing your organization or city? NAHB has the resources to help.  NAHB has entered into a partnership with the Council of Development Finance Agencies (CDFA) to provide technical assistance and consultation on development finance and related topics.

The Research and Technical Assistance (RTA) Program is the nation’s first non-profit information and consulting service solely dedicated to development finance and is being made available at a special rate to Home Builder Associations through this special partnership.

More information on this partnership, the available services and fees is available at www.nahb.org/infrastructurefinance.

NAHB members and local HBA’s interested in engaging a CDFA professional through the RTA program should contact NAHB’s Infrastructure and Public Finance Specialist Thais Austin at taustin@nahb.com.  She will give you more information about this program and how to contract for this service.
