The Top 10 "Must Have" Technology Trends for Homes Speaker(s): Utz Baldwin Date: Thursday, 2/14/2008 Time: 8 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. With home buyers rapidly increasing their expectations and their knowledge, builders must understand current technology trends. This course will highlight the top 10 technological industry "must haves" and their future impact on the homebuilder. Home Technology: So many options, so much smoke a mirrors...what should you be standardizing on, offering as an upgrade, keeping an eye on, and staying away from?
