NAHB’s 20 Club program — 20-member professional networking groups of builders, remodelers and other industry professionals — will be hosting members and prospective members at the 20 Club headquarters and lounge at the 2012 NAHB International Builders’ Show in Orlando and, for the first time at the show, will be offering two educational sessions .
The 20 Club program will also have a booth in the Member Advantage headquarters located in the Hall B Lobby, Level II, where potential prospects can stop by to learn more about the program.

“Financial Benchmarks With 20 Clubs”

Strategic business advisors Jim Weber and Dave O’Brien, of Weber-O’Brien, Ltd., will present the key benchmarks of the top 25% of the nation’s builders and discuss ways builders can reach this level of performance. The panelists will also discuss what builders should be monitoring to improve their business while maintaining control, profitability and efficiency.

The 20 Club headquarters and lounge — where members can relax and network during the show — will also serve as a recruiting area, with bulletin boards listing program information, club profiles and the applications of prospective candidates. 20 Club staff members will be available to answer questions about the program.

“Five Builders Speak Out”

Five non-competitive 20 Club builders and remodelers in different markets will share information that has been vital to their success and carried them through the economic downturn. As 20 Club members, these presenters have shared information with club members on how they have been able to outperform their competitors. They will discuss how they survived the downturn and how they intend to become profitable again in 2012.
