Building Systems Councils members and NAHB builder members who use systems-built technology and construction techniques are encouraged to enter the 2012 Jerry Rouleau Excellence in Marketing and Home Design Awards, presented by the BSC and Log Homes Council, honoring excellence in marketing and home design and saluting the finest in technology-driven and systems-built home manufacturing and construction.

Entries for the award program are due Aug. 31.

The awards, formerly known as the BSC Excellence in Marketing and Home Design Awards, were renamed this year to recognize Rouleau — a modular home builder and systems-built advocate through blogs, webinars, and BuilderRadio — who died last year.

Award recipients will:

• Be invited to and receive recognition at SHOWCASE 2011 in Baltimore on Oct. 23-25 
• Have an opportunity to create an exhibit display board for the 2012 NAHB International Builders’ Show in Orlando
• Be featured in NAHB's Nation's Building News and the BSC's Systems-Built Advantage e-newsletter
• Be archived on the NAHB/BSC website

Early-bird entries postmarked by Aug. 15 are $65. Regular entries postmarked after Aug 15 and received before the Aug. 31 deadline are $75.
