The Official Online Weekly Newspaper of NAHB
All 2011 chairmen and vice chairmen of their local remodelers councils are invited to apply for the NAHB Remodelers Leadership Grant, which was created to assist in the training of new remodelers council leaders.
Online applications must be received by Tuesday, Feb. 15.
The $1,250 grant will help defray the costs of a local council leader who, without assistance, would be unable to attend NAHB's spring board of directors meeting at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C., on May 18-21.
The grant winner will be expected to attend all NAHB Remodelers meetings as well as participate in the NAHB Remodelers leadership orientation activities held during the spring meeting. The scholarship is only applicable to attendance at the spring board of directors meeting.
The leadership grant winner will be announced in March.
