NAHB BuilderBooks  will have several new titles available at the 2011 NAHB International Builders’ Show in Orlando next month that can help members and show attendees build their business.

These include: 

• “Green Models for Site Development: Applying the National Green Building Standard to Land and Lots” (Available in January)
  
  The full-color handbook provides pointers for builders and developers who are seeking to capitalize on the existing features of the land and lots that they are developing for green homes and communities.
  
  
• “Residential Construction Performance Guidelines, 4^th Edition (Consumer and Contractor Versions)”
  
  The guidelines have been recently revised to provide the latest information on materials and components that builders use in new-home construction and in home remodeling.
  
  
• “Your New Green Home and How to Take Care of It: Homeowner Education Manual Template” (Available in January)
  
  This CD template includes everything needed to create a customized home owner education manual per the requirements of the National Green Building Standard. The new material makes educating the home owner and qualifying for the maximum number of points under the standard for home owner education that much easier.

These and other publications are available at the NAHB BuilderBooks Store in the West Building, C Hall Lobby of the Orange County Convention Center. NAHB BuilderBooks will provide a recycled tote with every purchase.
