Oct. 20: Webinar to Examine the State of the 50+ Housing Industry

Register for the upcoming webinar, the “State of the 50+ Housing Industry/Builder Forum,” and gain insights on the future of the 50+ housing industry and examine everything from product design and marketing to how builders can adapt their business operations and prepare and position their company for the housing recovery.

Panelists will also provide tips on how to capitalize on opportunities that seem to occur at the bottom of a business cycle.

The webinar begins at 2:00 p.m. EST on Wednesday, Oct. 20.

Tim McCarthy, of Traditions of America, a 55+ builder and developer in Pennsylvania, will moderate the discussion. Panelists include Jim Chapman, of Jim Chapman Communities, in Atlanta; Brian Gentry, of Landed Gentry, based  in Burlington, Wash.; Frank McKee, of The McKee Group, based  in Springfield, Pa.; Dan O'Malley, of M/I Homes, headquartered  in Columbus, Ohio; and Nanette Overly, of Epcon Communities, headquartered in Dubin, Ohio.

The webinar, sponsored by Whirlpool, is provided by NAHB 50+ Housing E-Learning.   

The webinar is free to 50+ Housing Council members, $69 for NAHB members and $100 for non-members.
