The NAHB Production Group produces weekly television shows for consumers on the DIY network. The following is the latest lineup:
"Indoors Out" on DIY
Episode: "Eco-Entertainment Room"

Anna and Mike — who strive to be as energy conscience as possible — are proud of their small first home. Their backyard, however, is always muddy, so much so that they call it their "mudpit." And beause they only have a small living room available for entertaining guests inside their home, Anna and Mike could really use extra space outside. Hosts Dean Marsico and Derek Stearns come to the rescue by turning their backyard into an outdoor entertainment room — with a green twist. To start, the cousins level the mudpit and remove the sinking concrete steps mired in the mud. They then build a composite deck landing with room for storage underneath and a paver patio. They surround the now-usuable outdoor area with fencing made from a combination of new wood and and an old fence. To cap off the project, they build a pre-fab grilling unit that features a green low-emissions grill. The old mudpit is no more. In its place the Andersons now have an eco-friendly and stylish outdoor room where they can entertain,
Episode: "Swedish Sauna"

Hosts Dean Marsico and Derek Stearns help a Swedish expat couple adjust to American life with a one-of-a-kind outdoor spa. Mats and Tanja had no place to celebrate their shared love of European saunas and spas in their tiny 1920s house. So Dean and Derek surprise the couple with a European-meets-American style room complete with an easy-to-assemble infrared sauna, gorgeous hot tub and a do-it-yourself outdoor shower. Beautiful bluestone and Tennessee crab orchard stone create the floor and outdoor cedar furniture completes the look.
"Smart Fix" on HGTV
Episode: "Bohemian Chic Bedroom"

Susan Simcox attempted to re-do her master bedroom herself, but she didn't have the time and the money to do it well. So host Kristin Wells stepped in to help out and finish the job. In this episode, using Susan's antique pieces as an inspiration, Kristin creates a bohemian chic bedroom featuring a new fireplace and headboard that add a sense of luxury.
