New Broan-NuTone Exhaust Fan Quiet and Energy-Efficient
Located in Booth C1104 at the International Builders’ Show, Broan-NuTone will be featuring the new Broan Ultra Silent Series QTRE080R bathroom ventilation fan.
The fan is easy to install, Energy Star-qualified and costs less than $1 per year to operate.
The Ultra Silent fan is one of the quietest on the market, operating at as low as 0.8 Sones and exhausting 80 cubic feet of air per minute (CFM). Additional unique features include:
- A telescoping mounting frame that slides and can be expanded to contact both joists for fastening — allowing the fan to be mounted anywhere between the joists
- The ability to be installed without extra wood on top of drywall
- A unique mounting frame that allows for an extremely solid four-point mount
- No mounting ears, which eliminates drywall patching
The fan is part of Broan and NuTone’s lineup of Energy-Star products, which includes some 35 different models from the Ultra Silent Series, recessed fan/lights and heavy-duty models ideal for light commercial installations and offices.
The Ultra Silent Series includes basic bath fans, fan/light/nightlight combinations, humidity sensing fans and humidity sensing fan/light/nightlight combinations.
