Interviews With Contractors Sought for New Book

Author Mel DePaoli of Omicle LLC is looking to interview contractors for her first book in the upcoming series, “Brand or Culture: Which Comes First.”

Contractors can include, but are not limited to, window companies, roofing, siding, asphalt, commercial industries and organizations for contractors.

“Contractors: Doing it Right Not Just Getting it Done” will highlight contractors of various specialties that do high-quality work and have a high-quality culture. The book will examine companies that set themselves apart from their competition by starting within and having their culture drive their brand.

Participating companies will be listed on www.BrandOrCulture.com. When the process is complete, a bio of the company will be added, they will receive free advertising on the Web site and be invited to submit articles, and they will be included in a press release announcing their participation. Articles will be prepared highlighting some of the more interesting companies and quotes will be included from those who were interviewed for this project.

“I am looking for more companies who would like to brag about their company culture and brand,” said DePaoli.

“If you have built a vibrant culture that has developed into a recognizable and profitable brand, I hope you will join me and the other companies that are already participating in helping other business people understand the critical importance of culture to rolling out a successful brand, and more importantly, building a vibrant, growing company,” she said.

For information on participating, companies should go to www.BrandOrCulture.com.

To contact DePaoli, send an e-mail to mel@omicle.com.
