SEBC Courses Discuss How to Attract 50+ Buyers

At two NAHB University of Housing courses at the upcoming Southeast Building Conference (SEBC) in Orlando, builders, developers and other industry professionals can learn how to design homes and communities that connect with 50+ buyers.

In addition, the recently launched Florida 50+ Housing Council will conduct a meeting at the conference.

SEBC will be held July 30 to Aug. 2 at the Orange County Convention Center.

50+ Courses at SEBC

The two courses, which will be held on Friday, Aug. 1, are:

  • “Designing for Today’s 50+ Buyer: The Top 10 Elements for Successful Homes and Communities”
    Room 309B
