Active Adult Designees to Be Honored at the Builders’ Show
At a special ceremony held during the 2008 International Builders’ Show in Orlando next month, the NAHB 50+ Housing Council will recognize industry professionals who have earned the Certified Active Adult Specialist in Housing (CAASH) designation.
The CAASH designation gives housing professionals serving the rapidly growing 50+ housing market the essential knowledge, tools and skills that will help them succeed — from conducting initial research to design considerations and features to closing the sale and serving the customer.
The 2008 class of CAASH designees will be honored at the 50+ Housing Council Networking Dinner/CAASH Induction Ceremony from 6:30-9:00 p.m. Monday, Feb. 11, at Maggiano’s Little Italy, 9101 International Drive, near the Orange County Convention Center.
As part of the event, Bill Becker, CAASH, MIRM, of The William E. Becker Organization based in Teaneck, N.J, will forecast the future of 50+ housing and give builders and other industry professionals a blueprint for success in today’s market conditions.
The fee for the ceremony is $85 through Jan. 25, $95 afterwards and onsite.
