NAHB-Produced Programs on HGTV and DIY

The NAHB Production Group produces weekly television shows on HGTV and DIY for consumers. The following is the latest lineup:

"Rock Solid" on DIY

Episode: "Travertine Patio"

• July 26, 9:00 p.m. ET/PT
• July 27, 1:00 a.m. ET/PT
• July 27,  9:00 a.m. ET/PT
• July 28, 11:30 a.m. ET/PT

You'd never use marble outside on a patio, but you'll want to use its cousin — travertine. DIY's professsional stone-masons and cousins, Dean Marsico and Derek Stearns, work with this unique stone for the first time to create an elegant and stylish patio and walkway.

"Assembly Required" on DIY

Episode: "Steel Prefab — Cottage"

• July 23, 10:30 p.m. ET/PT
• July 24, 2:30 a.m. ET/PT
• July 24, 10:30 a.m. ET/PT

When you think "cottage" you normally don't think steel. Joss Hudson does. He designed an eco-friendly cottage made entirely out of steel. Jeri Berc and Roni Posner decide to become his prototype clients, and build the steel kit to use as a garden studio in Delaware. Further south, the members of the Peace River Shores community in Florida want to build the steel structure for another reason: their clubhouse was destroyed by Hurricane Charley. They need to build another clubhouse that not only will go up fast, but also won't be destroyed if another hurricane comes to town.
