Two of Top 10 Cool Consumer Products at PCBC From GE

GE’s Profile Double Oven Free-Standing Electric Range

GE’s Brilliance Solar Electric System Meter and its Profile Double Oven Free-Standing Electric Range were recently named two of the top 10 cool consumer products at PCBC The Premier Building Show in San Francisco.

The manufacturer’s Solar Electric Wireless Meter enables consumers to compare how much energy they are using with how much their PV system is producing in an informative and easy-to-read way.

At the touch of a button, the meter can provide power and energy data in real-time, daily, weekly, monthly and yearly.

In addition, 900 MHz wireless communication provides flexibility for placement of the meter within homes and reduces installation costs. The product comes in a package that includes everything needed to measure and compare the home’s energy consumption and solar array production.

The new GE Profile Double Oven Free-Standing Range offers the largest free-standing total oven capacity in the industry (6.5 cubic feet) and can cook two dishes, at two different temperatures, simultaneously.

Both ovens are loaded with features to ensure accurate temperatures so that food cooks evenly. The upper oven includes GE’s exclusive mode for cooking fresh and frozen pizzas to perfection.

Its freestanding size enables the oven to be added to the kitchen without an expensive remodel.

The double-oven range features PreciseAir convection for optimal heat circulation; a four-setting slow-cook feature; and interchangeable self-cleaning racks in both ovens. The range’s cooktop has a tri-ring cooking element, bridge element and fifth center warming element
