NAHB-Produced Programs on HGTV & DIY This Week

The NAHB Production Group produces four weekly television shows on HGTV and DIY for consumers. The following is this week's lineup:

"I Want That" on HGTV

Episode: "Etch-It Cups, StressEraser"

•  July 26, 8:30 p.m. ET/PT
•  July 27, 12:30 a.m. ET/PT
•  July 28, 11:30 p.m. ET/PT
•  July 29, 3:30 a.m. ET/PT
•  July 30, 2:00 p.m. ET/PT

Never lose track of your cup at a big party again. Etch-It Cups allow you to scratch and style your name on a cup so you can use it and save it throughout the night. But first, chill your lukewarm beverages in a cool minute with the CooperCooler. Then calm your mind and relax your body with a portable finger sensor monitor that tracks your stress levels and teaches you how to reduce them. Plus, a personal kiddie amusement park, wristbands that save you from the sun and a state-of-the-art soymilk maker.

"Dream Builders" on HGTV

Episode: "Modern Chateau, Concrete Retreat"

•  July 29, 10:30 a.m. ET/PT

Classic design and high-tech construction define a Virginia manor — but you'll never guess what it's made out of. Also, a rustic getaway in Puerto Rico that realizes the adventure of indoor-outdoor living. And homes for man's best friend — architecture for pets and the people who love them.

"Rock Solid" on DIY

Episode: "Outdoor Shower"

• July 27, 10:00 p.m. ET/PT
• July 28, 2:00 a.m. ET/PT

Dean and Derek travel to Cape Cod to create a distinctive outdoor shower with the help of guest expert Joe DiMare. Outdoor showers are an increasingly popular way to add style to the home and backyard. This one is created with easy-to-install river-rock tiles and glass blocks.

"Assembly Required" on DIY

Episode: "Steel Prefab (Part 1)"

• July 26, 10:30 p.m. ET/PT
• July 27, 2:30 a.m. ET/PT
• July 30, noon ET/PT
• Aug. 1, 5:30 p.m. ET/PT

When you think "cottage" you don't think steel. Joss Hudson designed an eco-friendly cottage made entirely out of steel. Jeri Berc and Roni Posner decide to become his prototype clients and build the steel kit to use as a garden studio in Delaware. And the members of the Peace River Shores community in Florida want to build the steel structure for another reason — their clubhouse was destroyed by Hurricane Charley. They need to build a new clubhouse that will not only go up fast, but won't be destroyed if another hurricane comes to town.
