Dean and Derek take on a plain backyard and transform it into an inspiring retreat by adding a water and stone feature. With help from their invited guest, Ed Beaulieu, of Aquascape Designs, they will design and build a low-maintenance pond complete with a stone waterfall and stone surround. In the course of this project, they will give tips on regionalizing the pond with local stone and take a trip to the local quarry.

In this episode, an old trailer home gets revamped as the Roddey family pushes the envelope in the design of a manufactured home and gets it built in record speed. Also, take a look inside a manufactured home factory and see the new techniques that set these homes apart from their trailer park past.
