NAHB Has Free 'New Homes Month' Resources for You

The ad above is one of many resources available to NAHB members and associations for promoting homeownership and building and buying new homes during "New Homes Month" — or throughout the year.

April is "New Homes Month," and to help you make the most of it, NAHB has developed a free, online promotional kit with resources and materials for builders and local or state associations.

The promotional kit is designed to bring positive attention to the building industry and includes consumer information on the benefits of homeownership, and in particular, buying a new home.

The New Homes Month kit includes consumer articles, print advertisements, a proclamation and other resources to help you and your association maximize this April's New Homes Month observance.

To view the resources available in the 2006 New Homes Month kit, go to www.nahb.org/newhomesmonth.

For more information, e-mail Niki Clark at NAHB, or call here at 800-368-5242 x8061.

Log In and Discover www.nahb.org

The NAHB Web site, www.nahb.org, gives you access to nearly 5,000 pages of housing industry information and exclusive members-only resources 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Access is fast, easy and free to NAHB members.

To take full advantage of the exclusive NAHB members-only resources on www.nahb.org, however, you must log in.

To create your login:

  1. Go to www.nahb.org/login.
  2. Fill in the required fields.
  3. Click ‘Submit.’

Access to Information That Works for You

By logging onto the NAHB Web site, you will have access to twice as much information as non-members — information that will help you stay ahead of your competition.

You will be able to view and read entire sections of content developed just for members, and you will be able to personalize the site to your specific interests.

To learn more, log in and visit the "How to Use" www.nahb.org section in My NAHB.

For questions or help logging in, call 800-368-5242 x0; or e-mail your name, company name, state and phone number to login@nahb.org.
