Nation’s Building News Now Searchable on NAHB Web Site

Nation’s Building News articles now can be found in full on the NAHB Web site, www.nahb.org, as part of NAHB’s continuing efforts to make the Web site a one-stop, convenient resource for members and those interested in learning more about the home building industry and to help those looking for information in the association’s online newspaper.

Visitors searching for particular topics and articles that have appeared in NBN can search or browse www.nahb.org.

The articles will be published on the site each week and will appear in areas that correspond to the topics of the article. For instance, a search for “Mexican cement” will yield several recent articles that have appeared in NBN, as well as other pertinent information found on the NAHB Web site.

The newly added Web site capabilities will also serve to increase visibility and search capabilities of other Internet search engines, such as Google.

Visitors to the NAHB Web site may also notice items marked “NBN Article” that will display when performing a News Release search (within the Newsroom) or a full-site search.

Users do not need to be logged in to www.nahb.org to take advantage of the newly integrated NBN articles; they are accessible and searchable by all site users.

However, logged-in members may expand upon this resource by using the customization features of www.nahb.org to bookmark favorite articles or sections of the site.

For more information, visit the How to Use www.nahb.org section. To subscribe to Nation’s Building News, or to subscribe your employees so they can receive industry news at their desktop, click here.
