Hot Topics Offered at Sunbelt Builders Show

What women want, what the Region 6 OSHA and EPA representatives are thinking, how the Gaylord Texan resort was developed and how to upsell options are just a sampling of what  can be learned at the upcoming Sunbelt Builders Show™.

Held at the Gaylord Texan Resort & Convention Center in Grapevine, Texas on Oct. 12-15, the show draws builders and industry suppliers from across the country to see what’s new in the booming Southwest housing market.

Nearly 5,000 housing professionals are expected to attend this year’s show, which will feature more than 300 exhibitors and more than 40 educational sessions focusing on topics ranging from marketing and customer satisfaction to the hottest trends in design and building science.

Special events include the Excellence in Leadership Dinner and Star Awards, a two-hour tour of the Delaney Vineyards in Grapevine and a variety of networking opportunities, receptions and tours.
