The final season of the HGTV series, “Dream Builders,” hosted by Scott Morgan and produced by the NAHB Production Group, will debut this Sunday, April 3, at 9:30 a.m. EST.

The series showcases significant trends in homebuilding, architecture and building design from planned communities to affordable housing.

Hosted by Scott Morgan, each episode takes viewers across the country to see the latest trends, styles and techniques being used by builders, architects and home owners.
