NAHB Multifamily is offering an expanded set of courses and events at the 2005 International Builders' Show (IBS) The 16 course offerings on multifamily issues include design, development, the condo boom, working with the low-income housing tax-credit program and the economics of the multifamily market.

The International Codes Council (ICC) is providing a free seminar on Wednesday, Jan. 12 (your choice of morning or afternoon) on the design and construction requirements for accessibility mandated by the Fair Housing Act for multifamily construction.
