Achievement in Affordable Housing to be Recognized at New York Awards Luncheon

The 31st annual New York Awards Luncheon — the largest affordable housing event in New York with some 1,400 attendees — will be hosted by the New York Housing Conference and the National Housing Conference on Tuesday, Dec. 7, at the Sheraton New York Hotel and Towers.

This year’s honorees include Lifetime Achievement Award recipient John Zuccotti, chairman of Brookfield Financial Properties; Public Investment Award recipient Banc of America Securities and Bank of America, represented by Carter McClelland, who is respectively chairman and New York president of the two institutions; Community Banking Award recipient Washington Mutual, Donna Wilson, president, New York region; and Community Service Award recipient Harold DeRienzo, president, Parodneck Foundation for Self-Help Housing and Community Development.
