Show Activities Focus on Sales and Marketing Professionals

From the myriad opportunities for networking with your peers and industry leaders to education programs focusing on innovative ideas and best practices, the National Sales and Marketing Council (NSMC) and the Institute of Residential Marketing (IRM) are offering a range of events, seminars and activities at the International Builders’ Show geared to the new home sales and marketing professional.

Here are some of the most popular sales and marketing events scheduled before and during the show:

  • IRM I & II; Thursday and Friday, Jan. 15-16, 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. Earn a sales and marketing designation through NSMC’s Institute of Residential Marketing. Courses are “Understanding Housing Markets and Consumers” (IRM I) and “Marketing Strategies, Plans and Budgets" (IRM II).
  • NSMC/IRM Committee and Board Meetings; Saturday and Sunday, Jan. 17-18 For a full schedule, click here.

This is the most popular and largest educational seminar at the show. Industry experts in new home sales and sales management share their experiences and proven techniques for increasing sales.
  • NSMC/IRM Educational Seminars. Check your program for a list of more than 30 sales and marketing education programs. Whether you want to learn how to maximize profitability or discuss new strategies for growth, NSMC/IRM educational programs offer valuable information for any new home sales and marketing professional.
