Owners, builders, developers, remodelers, operators, architects, land planners, interior designers and marketing/advertising firms are eligible to enter the competition.

This annual program provides an opportunity for members and the industry to honor governors, state legislators, mayors, county commissioners and other public officials who create more housing opportunities and a stronger building industry. Sponsored by the State & Local Government Affairs Committee, the program also honors state and local associations' government affairs initiatives and their efforts to promote NAHB's smart growth principles.   • 2004 Pillars of the Industry Awards. NAHB’s Multifamily Council invites applications and nominations for its 2004 Pillars of the Industry Awards. Considered the most prestigious awards in the industry, the Pillars awards recognize excellence in multifamily design, development, finance, management and marketing, and showcase future trends and innovation. Paid applications to enter will be accepted through Nov 14. The deadline to submit entry portfolios is Dec. 5.
