Small Builders and Remodelers
Apply for Annual NAHB Remodelers Awards by June 29

NAHB Remodelers members are invited to apply for a variety of awards that recognize the achievements of both local councils and individual members.

Applications for the awards are due by Wednesday, July 29, except for the Remodeler of the Month award which is due by the 15th of each month.

The award recipients will be honored at the Remodelers Gala during the Remodeling Show in Chicago in October. 

The awards include:

Remodeler of the Year

National Remodeling Hall of Fame 

CADRE – Council Awards for Demonstrating Remodeling Excellence

  • Entry Fee: $50 — This is a one-time entry fee, regardless of the number of entries submitted by a member or council. There is no entry fee for the community service category.
  • Application and details available at www.nahb.org/cadre.
  • Sponsored by Pella Corporation.

Homes for Life CAPS Project Award

Remodeler of the Month

  • Application deadline: 15th of every month
  • Applicants must be builder members of NAHB and NAHB Remodelers. 
  • Applications and details are available at www.nahb.org/rom.
  • The application must be submitted electronically to remodel@nahb.com.
  • Each application is judged for three months.
