The NAHB Business Management and Information Technology Committee will be presenting a “Business Operations” webinar — part of its business improvement series — from 2:00-3:00 p.m. EDT on Wednesday, May 11.

The webinar will explore the critical areas that builders should concentrate on in order to improve their business operations.

Attendees will learn about:

  • The critical areas of their business that require immediate attention
  • The primary challenges to continued business improvement
  • Some of the business operations mistakes builders continue to make
  • What builders and other industry professionals should take away from the market shake-up
