Submit Nominations for NSMC's Legends of Residential Marketing Honors by Aug. 18

The National Sales & Marketing Council is accepting nominations for the Legends of Residential Marketing Awards honoring builders and consultants who stand apart as leaders in the new-home marketing field.

Begun in 1992, award winners are selected for their professional commitment to the industry and new-home community marketing innovations.

Nominees must meet the following criteria:

  • They must be a current member of NAHB
  • Individuals and their companies must have had a lasting impact on new-home sales or marketing processes.

Honorees will be announced in September with the presentation of the Legends of Residential Marketing awards at The Nationals on Jan. 12 at the NAHB International Builders’ Show in Orlando.
