Sharpen Sales and Marketing Skills at the Builders’ Show
New home sales and marketing professionals will find a wide range of courses and education sessions tailored specifically to their unique needs at the 2009 International Builders’ Show (IBS) in Las Vegas next month.
Kick off the show early with pre-show sales and marketing courses such as "The Challenge of New Home Sales Management" and "Understanding Housing Markets and Consumers."
These and other pre-show courses can earn credit towards a professional designation like MIRM, CMP and CSP.

During the show, attendees will benefit from more than 50 education sessions, including advanced-level sales and marketing sessions like "Sell More Homes by Becoming a Social (Media) Butterfly" and sessions that address today’s market, including "Challenges and Solutions: Opportunities in a Challenging Market" and "10 Habit Modifications Necessary to Convert Today’s Traffic."
Popular and perennial favorites, such as "Super Sales Rally" and "Sales Management Summit" are also being offered. These courses include content that has been updated for today’s market.
