NAHB Committees Worth Exploring at IBS and Joining
Production builders, custom builders and remodelers are invited to attend key NAHB committee meetings that work to help members run their businesses more efficiently through information and networking.
The following committees meet Tuesday, Feb. 12 at the 2008 International Builders’ Show in Orlando.

The Business Management & Information Technology Committee is dedicated to improving builders' business performance. The committee sponsors business-related research, resources and educational events that help industry professionals run their businesses more efficiently, professionally and profitably.
- Custom Home Builders Committee
7:30-10:30 a.m.

The Custom Home Builders Committee focuses on providing information, education and networking for builders who build one-of-a-kind homes for specific customers on specific lots.
- Single Family Production Builders Committee

The Single Family Production Builders Committee looks out for the interests of members who build more than 25 homes a year. The committee focuses on big-builder business and construction issues.
- Single Family Small Volume Builders Committee

The Single Family Small Volume Builders Committee serves the business needs of the 70% of NAHB builder-members who build 25 or fewer homes a year and is dedicated to helping builders become better business professionals.
The committee produces information and resources specifically designed to help small-business owners. It also co-sponsors NAHB's “Residential Construction Performance Guidelines.”
