Sherwin-Williams Coatings Make Buyers Happy, Reduce Callbacks
The Sherwin-Williams Company in Booth W3559 at the International Builders’ Show in Orlando on Feb. 13-16 will be providing builders with a look at coatings that will satisfy home buyers, save time, reduce callbacks and maintain a competitive edge.
Sherwin-Williams has the largest selection of coatings at its more than 3,000 convenient store locations. The company also offers upgrades, model home programs, warranties, master color planning and more for contractors and home owners.
Among the latest Sherwin-Williams products at the show:
- Builders Solution Interior Coating System with Accutouch Technology. A matte flat finish has been added to Builders Solution, a unique two-coat system in which the surfacer is designed to mask drywall imperfections and the topcoat provides superior washability, burnish resistance and the best touch-up possible. The product meets Sherwin Williams’ proprietary GreenSure designation and the Builders Solution system has earned the Good Housekeeping Seal.

ProGreen 200. This low-VOC (volatile organic compound), low-odor paint meets or exceeds GS-11 paint environmental standards, making it an ideal choice for commercial and residential spaces. This durable coating can be applied in occupied areas, virtually eliminating scheduling conflicts. It is now available in a primer, as well as flat, eg-shel and semi-gloss sheens in hundreds of colors.
- Harmony Interior Latex. This environmentally preferred coating offers a “high-hide,” durable finish for occupied spaces. Formulated with antimicrobial properties to resist mildew, Harmony is a zero-VOC, low-odor coating that allows immediate occupancy of newly painted spaces. The water-borne formula includes no silica, and it is available in a complete interior paint line, from primer to topcoat, in eg-shel, flat and semi-gloss finishes.
- Resilience Premium Exterior Paint. Formulated with MoistureGuard technology, this paint cures in about half the time of most conventional exterior paints and can be applied on the dewiest days without concern that its adhesion will be compromised. Designed to withstand peeling and blistering, Resilience can be used on masonry, concrete, steel, stucco, vinyl and wood substrates. It is available in a wide range of colors in a flat or satin finish.
