Dal-Tile Glazed Porcelain Looks Like Weathered Leather
Dal-Tile Corporation in Booth W2359 will be exhibiting the latest in its line of high-quality ceramic tile products at the International Builders’ Show in Orlando on Feb. 13-16.
The company began operations in 1947, establishing its first glazed wall tile manufacturing facility and corporate headquarters in Dallas. Since that time, its operations have greatly expanded and now include manufacturing glazed and unglazed floor tile and mosaics and unglazed quarry tile.
At this year’s show, Dal-Tile will be showcasing Metro Leather, a glazed porcelain that mixes the look of worn leather with a cement-like appearance to create an impression that’s both warm and contemporary — weathered bomber jacket meets trendy Soho loft.
The tile’s subtle movement, veining, slight pitting and deep colors combine to create a one-of-a-kind look that’s perfect for both residential and commercial projects.
