Marketing Breakfast at IBS to Explore Trends in 50+ Housing
Trends in 50+ housing will be examined at the NAHB 50+ Housing Council’s annual Marketing Breakfast at the 2008 International Builders’ Show in Orlando.
The breakfast program, “Marketing Trends That Get You Sales: Learn What's Happening Today to Make Sales Soar,” will be from 7:30-9:30 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 14 in West 107 in the Orange County Convention Center.
In the program, building and marketing professionals from across the country will discuss how active adult communities are succeeding in today's housing market and what is happening with the active adult markets they serve.
The speakers include: Barbara Kleger, CAASH, 55+ Consulting, of Philadelphia; Bill Becker, CAASH, MIRM, The William E. Becker Organization, of Teaneck, N.J.; Bob Tippets, CAASH, Village Communities, of Midvale, Utah; Tim McCarthy, Traditions of America, of Philadelphia; and Perry DeSanto, The McKee Group, Springfield, Pa.
“The annual Marketing Breakfast is a favorite of attendees at the International Builders’ Show,” said Bob Tippets, 2007 chairman for the 50+ Housing Council and a builder from Utah. “It’s a great place to network with your peers and find out where the 50+ housing industry is headed.”
