NAHB-Produced Programs on HGTV & DIY This Week

The NAHB Production Group produces four weekly television shows on HGTV and DIY for consumers. The following is this week's lineup:

"I Want That" on HGTV

Episode: "Waterproof Audio"

Take your favorite tunes to the pool and listen while you snorkel with an underwater speaker. Find out how you can take a spin in a thundering NASCAR racer. An automatic ball launcher keeps Fido busy chasing tennis balls. Other items include a snow shovel on wheels, a camera tripod that goes anywhere and a box for builders that keeps all their gadgets handy.

"Dream Builders" on HGTV

Episode: "White House Replica, Urban Desert House"

Fom the famous Truman Balcony on the outside to the Oval Office on the inside, a Georgia couple recreates an American icon. Also, building a desert retreat on a shoestring. How a creative Phoenix couple trimmed the bottom line. Finally, see a California house built to look like it is generations old.

"Rock Solid" on DIY

Episode: "Stone Patio and Walkway"

The stone guys, Dean and Derek, tackle three types of flagging stonework in this project. They create a stone patio, walkway and stepping stones for a rustic cottage in Plymouth, Mass.

In Sonoma County, Calif., Yvonne Mathieu and George Reed build a hooch shelter nestled high among the tree tops. And in Ojai, Calif., Leslie Davis and her family assemble their new T-House — a simple, open-air structure.
