See the Best in New Home Sales and Marketing at The Nationals at the Builders' Show
 The Nationals — The National Sales and Marketing Awards — the largest and most prestigious competition for new-home sales and marketing professionals and communities — will be presented at a gala ceremony on Thursday, Jan. 13, at the International Builders' Show.
Celebrating its 24th year in 2005, The Nationals are presented by NAHB’s National Sales and Marketing Council and will be held at the Orlando World Center Marriott's Crystal Ballroom beginning with cocktails at 5:30 p.m. and dinner at 6:30 p.m.
The Nationals honor the best in architectural achievement, design, advertising and promotion, interior merchandising, Web site design and more; the awards are open to individual sales and marketing professionals, home builders, associates and sales and marketing councils.
The Nationals features gold, silver, individual, council and regional awards in 53 categories, including two new categories for small-volume builders.
In addition, William Lyon, of William Lyon Homes in Newport Beach, CA, and Barry A. Berkus, AIA, of B3 Architects & Planners in Santa Barbara, CA, will be honored as Legends of Residential Marketing.
