Johnson III, an architect from Boca Raton, FL, and chair of the Design Awards Committee. “Builders also continue to build communities that cater to the active lifestyles of today’s older consumers and homes that allow residents to comfortably age in place.”
The demand for seniors housing is now growing faster than the demand for any other type of housing. Every day, 10,000 people in the United States turn 50, a trend that will continue for the next 20 years.
